DESCRIPTION:A two-part magnificent musical night out!\nThe ECO JAZZ GALA is back! Join us at 6pm on June 23rd\, 2023 at the beautiful Mount Vernon Canyon Club to support the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra and celebrate the mountain classical music community. \nWe will bring our incredible 2022-2023 Season to a close with an intimate gathering of the ECO community for an evening of world-class jazz\, delicious hors d’oeuvres\, and great times with friends. ECO’s Music Director William Hill will be performing two sets with his Grammy-nominated band Bill Hill and Friends\, our silent auction will offer the opportunity to bid for unique items and memorable experiences\, and we’ll be recognizing some of the amazing people from the ECO community that have made a significant impact throughout this season. \nThis year\, the ECO Jazz Gala will feature two parts: first\, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm\, we will celebrate a successful 2022-2023 Season with hors d’oeuvres\, our silent auction\, and conversations with friends while Bill Hill and Friends perform a light swing / jazz set. Love to dance? Sign up for our first-ever swing dance competition! Enjoy a relaxed\, intimate atmosphere and chat with Bill\, his band\, ECO musicians\, board members\, and other music-lovers from the ECO community. \nThen\, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm\, the Grammy-nominated group Bill Hill and Friends will perform an avant-garde jazz-fusion set in a more traditional concert setting. This will be a truly memorable musical experience! \nECO Jazz Gala TICKET OPTIONS\nComplete Gala Experience ~ $85 ~ 6-9pm\nComplimentary hors d’oeuvres\, one free drink\, cash bar\, a swing dance competition\, and other swing/light jazz music from ECO’s Music Director and Colorado Symphony Principal Timpanist Bill Hill’s Grammy-nominated band ‘Bill Hill and Friends’. Our silent auction offers the opportunity to bid for unique items and memorable experiences. Enjoy a relaxed\, intimate atmosphere and chat with Bill\, his band\, ECO musicians\, board members\, and other music-lovers from the ECO community. At 7:30pm more guests will join to experience Bill Hill and Friends performing a one-of-a-kind jazz fusion concert. \nComplete Gala Evening Table ~ $600 ~ 6-9pm\nEnjoy everything mentioned above in the company of your friends or coworkers! $600 gets you a reserved table with 8 Full Jazz Gala Tickets. We will print a reservation sign with your company name and logo so that everyone knows your business promotes arts and culture in the Evergreen and Denver metro area. \nJazz Fusion Concert ~ $40 ~ 7:30-9pm\nDoors open at 7:15pm for the concert-only portion of the event – experience the one-of-a-kind\, avant-garde jazz-fusion set that only Bill Hill and Friends can deliver! This award-winning\, Grammy nominated band is comprised of world-class musicians from both the jazz and classical music world. Bill Hill is ECO’s own Music Director\, but you may have also seen him performing at Boettcher Concert Hall as the Colorado Symphony’s Principal Timpanist. Much of the music you will hear during this performance has been composed by Bill himself! There will be a cash bar open during this portion of the event. \nRaffle Ticket ~ $15 (advance) ~ $25 (door)\nWe are raffling off two tickets to a Colorado Symphony performance of your choice followed by drinks with Bill Hill\, ECO Music Director and Principal Timpanist of the Colorado Symphony. You’ll get to enjoy a great performance by a world-class symphony and a fun musical night out in Denver with Bill – it doesn’t get much better than that! \nPurchase your raffle tickets early and save! \nNote – many\, but not all CSO programs will be available.
