ECO Musical Moments
No. 5 - 5/5/2020
It’s #GivingTuesdayNow! Welcome to the special Giving Tuesday edition of our ECO Musical Moments series. Tonight, ECO board president James Spear performs Mozart’s delightful Piano Sonata in F Major, K. 332. A perennial favorite among players and audiences alike, we hope you enjoy his rendition.
A quick note about #GivingTuesdayNow – today, people all around the world are coming together for a special edition of #GivingTuesday to tap into the power of human connection and strengthen communities.
This is the time to remain connected and to heal through our generosity. We can show this in a variety of ways whether it’s helping a neighbor, advocating for an issue, sharing a skill, or giving to causes, every act of generosity counts.
ECO’s Stronger Together campaign was launched in response to the COVID-19 situation and ECO being forced to cancel all remaining concerts and events this season. At the beginning of the campaign, we set a goal of raising $20,000 by June 30th (the end of our fiscal year). So far, we’ve raised just about $10,000 – we’re pretty much halfway there!
Raising $20,000 would essentially balance the budget for this season and put us in a strong financial position to launch next season. Please help us reach our goal! Donate today in honor of #GivingTuesdayNow and set up your personal fundraising page for ECO’s Stronger Together campaign at http://bit.ly/ECODONATE2.
You can invite friends to donate (or create their own pages!) and compete for the honor of being our top fundraiser. Did we mention there are prizes for the top fundraisers? Oh yes – how does a season ticket package to ECO and / or a set of two tickets to a Colorado Symphony concert (and drinks with ECO Music Director / CSO Principal Timpanist Bill Hill!) sound?

Once again – THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all your support thus far. Let’s keep pushing and beat our goal!
